The LA Maker Faire + City of STEM Festival is a FREE, non-ticketed event. All are welcome.
Public transportation is a great option for traveling to the event!
From Downtown LA, take the [F] DASH line.
From South LA and via the Metro Blue Line at the Slauson Ave. Station, take the [SE] DASH Southeast line.
Take the [754] Hollywood-Athens line via Vermont Ave.
From Downtown LA, take the Westbound Expo line.
From West LA, take the Eastbound Expo line.

Parking is extremely limited; we advise using public transportation or ride-sharing.

Food trucks selling a variety of cuisine will be at the event. There are also a good selections of restaurants in the vicinity. Use Google Map or check out Discover Los Angeles site for recommendations. Attendees are welcome to pack your own snacks and enjoy a picnic on the lawn!
Attendees are encouraged to bring water and refillable water bottles. Drinking water will be available while supplies last at designated stations.
Portable restrooms will be available along with hand washing stations.
The Department on Disability will have a booth (location TBD).
